Nonprofit Hallway Vendor Rate: $50.00

  • Nonprofit Hall Booth Includes: 

    • Tables line the hallway entrance to main hall

    • (1) 8' skirted table

    • (2) Chairs

    • Electric is not available

Shoppers Village: Meeting Room 1 Booth Rate: $100

+ Raffle basket valued at minimum $50.00

General Information:

  • Payment and logo must be submitted with your application before the committee review process can begin.

  • Main Hall 80/80 Available

  • Nonprofit Hall 26/26 available

  • Shopping Village 30/30 available

  • We will be limiting the number of similar businesses to create a diverse expo experience

  • Only one business per booth

  • Two booths per business max

  • Your logo will be listed on our Exhibitors webpage

  • We will contact you about participation once you have filled out the application. Completed applications will be approved on a weekly basis.

  • Certain professionals may need to submit additional credentials upon request

  • Due to limited space, direct sales reps with products directly related to parenting will be offered booth space first
